Wonderful amenities for family enjoyment.
We were very disappointed with the lack of entertainment options. The hotel felt incredibly quiet in the evenings, and we only discovered there was a DJ and BBQ after our stay ended. Moreover, the in-room dining experience was frustrating. there were no menus available, and finding the QR code to access food options was a hassle, especially since the paper sleeve we received got wet and was discarded.

excellent dining experience but limited pool hours
Every meal was exquisite, particularly at Oku restaurant, where we visited twice and enjoyed two outstanding meals. The staff demonstrated phenomenal service, being incredibly attentive and helpful throughout our stay. The King Suite with Ocean View was spacious, making us feel comfortable and relaxed during our time at the property. The stunning sea view added a perfect touch to our experience.
The pool hours were limited, which was a bit disappointing.

I had a lovely time in a King Suite Ocean View. The pools impressed me, especially the infinity pool with breathtaking views. The beach area stayed pristine and clean, perfect for relaxation. Breakfast featured an extensive selection of delicious choices. Staff made the experience remarkable. they were always friendly and attentive, ensuring my comfort. One evening, noisy kids distracted me while dining, but the staff offered complimentary drinks at Jade Bar as an apology. I loved the spacious balcony in my room, great for enjoying morning coffee. Although the spa felt overpriced at $535 per person, it provided great services. I also found some food items a bit pricey but high quality. Those small issues didn’t overshadow an otherwise luxurious escape.
